Service groups
Status is reported per area, so you can tell whether the problem is Pixio-wide or specific to what you’re doing:- Image generation
- Video generation
- Audio generation
- Workflow automations
What you’ll see
Two messages worth understanding:
- “A large share of requests is failing right now” — real disruption; wait rather than burning credits on retries
- “No meaningful traffic in the last 24 hours” — not enough volume to judge, not an outage
When a generation fails
1
Check status
If the relevant group shows an incident, that’s your answer — wait it out. Failed runs aren’t charged.
2
Check the specific model
Model status can show one model failing while its group looks healthy.
3
Try a different model
Same capability, different family — usually the fastest route to an unblocked result.
4
Then report it
If status is clean and the failure repeats, it’s worth reporting. Include what you ran and when.
A model can be degraded upstream while everything else works normally. That’s why per-model status exists — check it before concluding your inputs are wrong.
